The IAC further notifies all voters and other interested persons that there were 75 provisional ballots cast. Of these, 70 were found ineligible and were not opened or counted. The names on the ballots are as follows. If the name is not fully legible, the name is approximated. A PDF of the provisional ballot cover form for the 70 disqualified ballots will be posted on the CLC website. A rough scan can be found here.

There were 5 provisional ballots cast by voters who were likely eligible. Only 2 of those were outcome determinative. Those two ballots were opened and are included in the counts above.

There were three provisional ballots that were not disqualified and not outcome determinative.  The provisional ballot cover forms for these three ballots will be posted on the CLC website.  A rough scan is attached.

Redacted versions of the provisional ballot cover forms for the two ballots that were included in the count will also be posted on the CLC website. A rough scan can be found here. Because the IAC determined that secrecy of the ballot was the paramount value, the item redacted on the cover forms is the voter's name.

With this announcement, the IAC has completed its work, and, having discharged its obligations under the order of the Compliance Review Commission, will cease operating. Anyone seeking further review should consult the Procedural Rules of the Compliance Review Commission.
